Philly Fries
Anytime I can make a variation of loaded fries my picky husband is happy. I must confess though, he gets total credit for coming up with this idea.
This recipe could make 3-4 servings but considering my husband eats A LOT this was just enough for the two of us.

Ingredients:
1 small box Steak-umm (6 steaks)
1 regular size bag of french fries
2-3 cups white american cheese, shredded
1/4-1/2 bell pepper, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1/2 cup marinade, we used Pilleteri's
1/2-1 tsp course pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven and cook fries according to package instructions.
Dice onions and bell peppers. Add to large skillet over medium heat. Cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
Break up Steak-umm steaks into pieces and add to skillet.

Add marinade and pepper to skillet and continue cooking meat until no pink is visible. It should only take ~5 minutes.
When fries are finished baking divide them up into oven safe plates.
Top with desired amount of cheese. Place dishes into oven under broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top cheesy fries with portion of cooked steak and onions. Draining any liquid from the meat as you add it.
ENJOY!
