Low Calorie Meals
I've recently set on a new journey to shed some pounds and I'm doing that by keeping a food diary through the MyFitnessPal app (highly recommend) and making better choices at meal time. Well, most of the time...Rome wasn't built in a day, I've heard.
So because I'm also recruiting people to take this journey with me I thought I'd go ahead and share some of the meals I've prepared that were simple and easy. That means it's not too hard to diet and make good food decisions.
Some of these are lightened up versions of regular recipes and if you're not looking to lose weight feel free to give those a try instead.
NOTE: All of the calorie counts are calculated using the MyFitnessPal app and I've given you the brand names for reference. However, feel free to use whatever brand you prefer just know the calorie counts will change.
