Buffalo Chicken Wontons
These yummy little bites take a little time to prepare but are worth the effort.
I bake mine but I'm sure most of you would prefer them fried to a golden perfection.

Ingredients:
1 package wonton wrappers (Usually found in the produce section. You'll only need about 3/4 of the pack.)
1 large can chicken breast, rinsed and drained
3 tbsp of your favorite hot sauce, Frank's recommended
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
small bowl of water
non-stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375 deg F.
Mix the chicken, sauce, seasoning, and cheese together.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Layout as many wonton wrappers as you can.
Place about 1 tbsp of the chicken mixture in the center of each of the wonton wrappers.
Dip your finger into the water and wet the edges of the wonton wrapper. I only do a few at a time so they do not dry back out.
Take each corner of the filled wonton and bring them up into the center, pinching the corners tightly together, and closing the seams.
Place the assembled wontons on your baking sheet, making sure they are not touching. Spray the tops with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the peaks are starting to brown. The tops and bottoms will be crispy but the center will still feel a little soft. Frying them should make them crispy all over.
Serve with ranch for dipping but they're really just good on their own.
