Pizza Omelet
Pizza for breakfast is awesome but for those of us pursuing a healthier diet it's definitely not an option. Here's how to get the best of both worlds.

Ingredients:
1 egg*
2 egg whites
pinch dried oregano
dash red pepper flakes
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup pizza sauce
5 slices pepperoni, diced
4-5 slices black olive
Heat a small skillet to low heat. Beat egg and egg whites and add to skillet. Add oregano and red pepper flake.
When the eggs begin to firm top with cheese and pepperoni.
After the cheese begins to melt fold the omelet in half. Add the pizza sauce to the other half of the pan and eat through.
Slide the omelet out of the pan first and top with warmed sauce. Add black olives.
*You can substitute for all egg whites.
