Dale's Chicken

 

This is a recipe my husband and I developed back when we were dating. We've always loved it and though it takes a little preparation I like that he can be grilling the chicken while I prepare everything else.

3-4 pieces boneless chicken breasts

1 cup Dale’s marinade, reduced sodium

1 medium onion sliced

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp Nature’s Seasoning season salt

Worcestershire Sauce

4 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup pepperjack cheese, shredded

S&P to taste

 

Season chicken with S&P. Marinate in Dale’s for 1 hr or overnight.

 

Grill until internal temperature of 165°. Top with cheese and allow to melt.

 

While cooking chicken heat skillet to medium heat, add onions. When liquids begin to render from onions add sugar and seasoning salt and cook until onions are tender. Lightly drizzle with Worcestershire sauce.

 

Top chicken with sauteed onions and bacon.
