Philly Flatbreads
Everything we love about Philly Cheesesteaks on a crispy flatbread.
I found these Flat Out Thin Crust Flatbreads at Publix. We really like the Spicy Italian because they have red pepper flakes.
I made this recipe for 3 flatbread pizzas. That's one for me and two for my husband. The package comes with 6 so you'll have some extras if you need it.
All of the ingredients for this meal can be stored in the freezer for a quick and convenient meal.
Ingredients:
3 flatbreads
PAM non stick spray
6 Steak Umms frozen sliced steaks
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste
1/4 cup of diced onions and bell peppers each
1 to 1 1/2 cups white American cheese, shredded

Heat a 10" skillet to medium heat. Break up the steak slices into bite size pieces. Add worcestershire and pepper. Cook until no longer pink. Drain.
While the steak is cooking preheat your oven to 350 deg F. Spray both sides of the flatbreads lightly with PAM, place on a baking sheet, and bake your flatbreads for 5 minutes until they just start to brown. You want to make sure they firm up so you'll have a crispy crust.
Layer the crisped flatbread with cheese, steak, onions, and peppers.
Bake for an additional 5-7 min until cheese is melted and onions and peppers are heated through.
TIPS:
If you prefer the onions and bell peppers be more tender then add them to the skillet when cooking the steak.
Each flatbread can have as little or as much cheese, steak, onions, and peppers as the individual prefers.
