Philly Cheesesteaks
Who doesn't love a Philly? They're easy to make and taste way better at home than the greasy subs you'll get out.
I use the presliced steaks for ease. You're welome to slice up your own steak but I like the steak super thin and I think it's just too hard to slice it that thin by hand.

Ingredients:
(Yields 4 sandwiches)
8 Steak-umms frozen steaks
Course ground pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp Weber Chicago Steak seasoning
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce or Pilleteri's Marinade
4 Steak sub rolls or French rolls
8 slices White American cheese
Mustard optional
Heat griddle pan to approx. 350°. Add onion and bell pepper. Break steaks into bite-sized pieces and place onto griddle over onions and peppers. Season with steak seasoning and pepper to taste.
As onions and peppers begin to get tender, stir the steak around.
When nearly all of the pink is gone from steaks, drizzle with Worcestershire sauce to taste. Remove from griddle to separate from grease.
Lightly clean excess oil from griddle. Place sub rolls inside-down and heat until toasted.
Turn sub rolls inside-up. Top with meat and onion mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Cover griddle with foil and heat until cheese is melted.
Finish sandwiches with mustard and serve
Great reheated! Just wrap in foil and heat in oven at medium temperature.
